About the team

Team 36 Lacrosse is a select travel program with a mission to develop and build champions both on and off the lacrosse field. The club originated in 2013 as a training program when they recognized the need for lacrosse players to have more opportunities to hone their individual skills beyond their travel and town teams. As their training program grew, the demand for competition led to the formation of Team 36.

The club’s approach to lacrosse development is three-fold, focusing on individual training, team/on-field practice, and competition. Their off-season Skill Development Program (SDP) is a core component of their methodology, included in team fees to help players develop and refine skills before the spring/summer season. Team practices emphasize situational concepts and team systems, allowing players to develop their “lax IQ” and gain experience in various game scenarios.

Team 36 boasts a staff of 20 coaches who have played or currently play college lacrosse, with directors having over 30 years of combined coaching experience. This wealth of expertise allows them to provide high-quality training and mentorship to their players. The club participates in elite competitions and travel tournaments, giving players the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete against top teams from across the region and nation. Through their comprehensive approach to player development, Team 36 aims to help lacrosse players reach their highest potential both as athletes and individuals.
