Laxergirl Foundation and Team 1776 prioritize regional tournaments in Wisconsin and Illinois, believing that the Midwest now offers a high level of competition without the need for extensive travel to the East Coast. This approach aims to reduce the financial burden on families while still providing quality competition, good officiating, and college exposure for high school players. The club participates in several fall tournaments, including the MadLax Invite, The Midway, TI Fall Invite, and Top Draw, demonstrating their commitment to providing diverse playing opportunities for their teams.

Laxergirl Foundation Inc., founded by coach Josh Klein and his family in 2014, is a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of young lacrosse players through positive coaching and core values. The foundation aims to provide low to no-cost lacrosse experiences for players, relying on support from sponsors, donors, and volunteers.
