10K ELITE Lacrosse is a relatively new girls lacrosse club founded by Jeff Moore, a experienced youth lacrosse coach and director. The club was born out of a recognized need for a high-quality, player-focused club on the north side of the Twin Cities. After successfully launching their first team in the summer of 2023, the club is now expanding to offer more opportunities for young female lacrosse players.

The club’s mission centers on player development, consistent team chemistry, and affordability. 10K ELITE emphasizes continuity by keeping the same group of girls and coaches for all practices and tournaments, which sets them apart from other clubs in the area. They support multi-sport athletes and understand the importance of players participating in their youth association games, offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

10K ELITE Lacrosse is committed to providing advanced training to enhance players’ skills rapidly. They guarantee improvement in all aspects of the game, including stick skills, shooting, passing, defense, footwork, speed, and lacrosse IQ.
